 Diego Granados a known journalist in Colombia is kidnapped by FARC the biggest guerilla group in the country and held captive in the mountains for several months. Between the hostile days and the uncertainty of a country in the middle of war Diego Granados would come to finish his final story, his own.
5000 comes from the true story of a Colombian citizen who lost his family and himself. It was this one specially, on top of another thousands that slapped me on the face and transform in this short film.
5000 is a number and one of the symbols of how my country is tattooed every day; it’s the mark that lives on all Colombians. |
